to celebrate teacher appreciation week,the university of south carolina honored educators by having a teacher appreciationday at the gamecocks football game against massachusetts on saturday,october 22. this is the second year in a row that uschas recognized south carolina teachers. >> this week,

Of Education, we're honored to have over 2,000 schoolteachers in attendance at today's game. at this time we would like to recognizea 2017 south carolina department of education honor roll teacher,sabrina williams. a university of south carolina graduateand a former member of the carolina band.
she's a social studies andhumanities teacher at r h fulmer middle school inlexington county, school district two. sabrina believes a passion formaking a difference and caring for students is the foundation ofbeing an effective teacher. let's hear it now for sabrina and all of our teachers thatare in attendance this afternoon.
